The AVENGERS!
I saw the Avengers today - and I LOVED it! Of course, I love action-adventure movies and the Iron Man movies are some of my faves, so I guess it makes sense that I would love it.
A few observations:
1) So. Much. Hotness. WOW!
2) I’ve heard/read complaints that the movie is sexist. Even though it is testosterone-driven, I’m going to have to disagree with that claim. Scar Jo’s Natasha is the most BAMF in the movie. No super powers. No magic science stuff. Just mad skills. She’s definitely not a sit-back-and-let-the-men-do-it kind of character. She kicks A** and she gets hers kicked as well. She totally plays Loki too, which was great.
3) Now that Pepper and Tony are an item, the stilettos are gone. hehe. Gwynn pads around in bare feet so she doesn’t tower over her man. I do love RD, Jr, but let’s face it - he is short.
4) Did I mention the hotness? Thor. Please. RD, Jr.’s eyes. All the muscles. All the yummy gorgeousness… Y’all can save me anytime. Just sayin’. Hot. Hot. Hot.
5) It was a very good movie - drama, K.A. action, funny, funny stuff.
6) Should the villain be that cute?
7) If you go, stay all the way through the credits. Just do it.
8) I need to see it again.
9) I need to find pics.
